Consulting

IGM also provides as-needed and on-call golf course consulting services. Successful golf course maintenance requires multi-faceted business expertise in addition to the complex nature of providing great turf conditions. We support golf course superintendents from across the country in every area of their job. In our experience, we have assisted clubs in hiring a superintendent, planning their operating budget, devising a capital improvement plan, developing and executing RFP’s and recovering from natural disasters such as hurricanes.
